Dean Gregory

I live on the Wiltshire Hampshire border with my partner Heather and two children Cian and Brigit. I run my own woodland and countryside Management business with my main work being coppicing and river management. This work gives me the opportunity to converse with nature on a daily basis and has provided me with a sound understanding of ecological principles.

The love of the natural environment has led me to Paganism as my spiritual path. Over the years working with the turning of the wheel has opened me to my divine self and the God and Goddess within. It is with the celebration of life and honoring all beings that we can find our true heritage and connection with our higher self.

My first connection to spirit came through the awakened ability to heal and after a few years practicing with family and friends I trained with a spiritualist organisation where I met my partner Heather. Spiritualism played an important role in my life and led me to shamanic practices with the similarities that are involved and form part of my spiritual practices today.

Magically my interests in magic are diverse, like many in paganism the draw for knowledge has led me to many paths within the western mystery traditions.

The main anchor in my life and spiritual path has been working with the Hedgerow Hearth as we are called now, and have been together for eight years. Anyone who has worked in a group for this long and I am sure many have will know that it can be a profound and deep spiritual experience and I thank them all for sharing this kind of intimacy with me.

Paganism is like coming home for me, we are one big family.  We may have our differences but that’s our human nature and diversity, this allows the friction to grow and learn together to become greater then we ever thought possible and evolve as divine beings.
